Refund Policy

The nature of our business with customization products, we do not allow for returns. If you do have an issue with your custom product please email us directly at 

Refunds (if applicable) 
If for some reason your product was damaged or another issue your return needs to be received and inspected, we will need you to contact us with via email stating the issue so we can inspect it for a refund. You will need to email us within 30 days from purchase date. Provide any pictures to prove defects in the item.  We will  notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. There will be no need to resend the item. The product condition may be opened in the box. If there is a problem with your product email us directly at There will be no shipping charges for a refund.
